David started his construction career designing and managing the installation of complex energy management systems for school districts and municipalities throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. This ultimately evolved into opportunities in residential and commercial construction and roofing.

Born and raised in his family’s construction business, John has over twenty-five years of solid
experience. From hands on experience in his early years to multi-million dollar negotiations, he has played a part in major projects in the Dallas Ft. Worth area for many years.
John is comfortable working with business Owners, Real Estate Management Firms and Property Management firms from the Junior Account Representatives all the way up to Boardroom Executives.
